Mr. Wang is the current Director of Beijing Xunzhen Law Firm, Arbitrator of Beihai Court of International Arbitration, and manuscript reviewer and editorial board member for prestigious journal publication and textbook agencies. He is an expert in Chinese competition and policy law,illegal future trading disputes, Internet financial disputes, spot trading, and bulk commodity.

Deyi Wang specializes in dispute resolution and risk identification in futures trading and provides both legal-related research and consultation solutions for related companies. Mr. Wang is also a arbitrator, having handled various dispute cases for the past 15 years, with more than five-hundred (500) successful cases. Currently, there are around one thousand (1,000) companies that are currently engaging in spot silver trading in China, and thousands of others engaged in the spot trading of other precious materials and materials1. Mr.Wang has made numerous breakthroughs in the legal industry and has set many precedents with the cases he has worked on. Deyi Wang won the first ever case in China involving the dispute over spot silver and previous metal futures trading, as well as some of his cases having been published by the Supreme People’s Court to guide similar cases that are handled in local and municipal-level courts.
